The room had a great layout with ocean views.
The staff was incredibly rude at the front desk, which I have never experienced before at any hotel. Also, the bathroom door and walls were dirty, making the stay feel less than hygienic. To top it off, the security guard kept harassing us over trivial matters, which was quite annoying and took away from our relaxation.

secure member only parking lot, beach entry through pool area, spacious suite
The room I stayed in had lots of sand on the floor at check-in!!! The bathroom door and walls were dirty, with only one mirror available. The locking mechanism on the room door malfunctioned too!!! More privacy in the bathrooms would be appreciated!!!

perfect spot near attractions and beach access
my stay at this beachfront resort was wonderful, especially since it was just a few steps to the beautiful beach and less than a 10-minute walk to Ripley's Believe It or Not, making sightseeing super easy and fun.

Family with Children Should Think Twice
The beach access was really simple, just walk right out and you’re on the sand. The kids had a blast playing in the shallow water, it was kinda surreal seeing them so happy.
It was far from inexpensive, but I guess you could do worse.

It was just a balanced option for a mini-vacation in Panama City Beach with value for money. The beach access was easy, which made it great for lazy days by the water.

I booked a one-night stay to spend some time with family while unwinding by the beach. The room had a lovely partial view of the beach, and I really appreciated the secure parking lot which made me feel safe. However, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't have family visit during my stay, which was unexpected. Overall, the beach access was great, but the restrictions on visitors really put a damper on the experience.

The access to the beach was wonderfully convenient, like stepping directly into a tropical vacation. The poolside area was an absolute delight, making it the perfect spot for soaking up the sun after a relaxing swim.
More accessible seating around the pool would be nice.

The room was a nice spacious suite with a partial view of the beach, which was great. Access to the beach was super easy. you could just walk right out. But it wasn’t cleaned well enough, which was a bummer. Also, the ocean view I was hoping for ended up being a street view, kinda disappointing.
